How to Belly Breathe

  1. 1 Sit comfortably and put one hand on your belly
  2. 2 When Buddy gets bigger — breathe IN slowly through your nose for 6 counts
  3. 3 When Buddy gets smaller — breathe OUT slowly through your mouth for 6 counts
  4. 4 Repeat and feel yourself getting calm and relaxed!
