How to Belly Breathe
- 1 Sit comfortably and put one hand on your belly
- 2 When Buddy gets bigger — breathe IN slowly through your nose for 6 counts
- 3 When Buddy gets smaller — breathe OUT slowly through your mouth for 6 counts
- 4 Repeat and feel yourself getting calm and relaxed!
